You only get one chance to choose the right inspector for your family’s peace of mind.

“Buying a house may seem like an endless series of critical, important decisions. When you find the house that is right for you, you need to find a home inspector to educate you about the condition of your new home. This is a commonplace and a wise decision, even when buying a newly constructed home; the additional peace of mind that a professional home inspection offers is invaluable.” ~ASHI PSA to Consumers

Unlike some inspectors who treat the profession as a part-time job, Jim has always been a full-time inspector. After working for 5 years as a licensed Termite Inspector, he began his Home Inspector career, following extensive training and education, as the Chief Inspector for an Amerispec franchisee. Four years later he branched out continuing his career as an independent Home Inspector. To Jim, being a full-time building inspector is not only a career, it’s a passion.
